Love 21 strengths-based approach, together with their personalized and tailored programmes, motivate each of our members and their families to take ownership of their health. These programmes place a focus on the holistic development of the family unit, and serve to improve the mental wellbeing of our community. Love 21 aims to provide the knowledge and capacity for our families to live healthily and have the best opportunity to reach their full potential.<\/div>\n<div class=\"projectName\">Follow-up Nutrition and Sport Programme<\/div>\n<div class=\"projectSummary\">The programme provides Love 21 families who have been on our nutrition programme previously to revisit and revise their dietary and health goals through quarterly one-on-one consultations. In addition, participants will also take part in weekly functional fitness classes with the aim of building their habit of exercising.<\/div>\n<div class=\"beneficiaries\">280 families who are Love 21 members with Down syndrome, autism, or other neurodiverse conditions. Most of our members are aged from 15-30, though we have members as young as 6, and as old as 50.<\/div>\n<p>  <a class=\"scmp\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scmp.com\/news\/hong-kong\/society\/article\/3287486\/hong-kong-charity-helps-neurodiverse-people-achieve-their-full-potential-through-fitness\">SCMP Article<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"year\">2024<\/div>\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"main-image\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Love-21-Foundation.png\" alt=\"main image\" \/><br \/>\n  <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"logo\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Love-21-Foundation-Logo.png\" alt=\"logo\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-zh\">Love 21 Foundation<\/div>\n<div class=\"organization-summary-zh\">Love 21 \u662f\u4e00\u6240\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u8a3b\u518a\u7684\u6148\u5584\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u9ad4\u80b2\u3001\u71df\u990a\u548c\u5168\u65b9\u4f4d\u652f\u63f4\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u8ce6\u4e88\u5510\u6c0f\u7d9c\u5408\u75c7\u3001\u81ea\u9589\u75c7\u548c\u795e\u7d93\u591a\u6a23\u6027\u793e\u7fa4\u5145\u5206\u767c\u63ee\u6f5b\u80fd\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u3002 Love 21 \u63a1\u7528\u4ee5\u80fd\u529b\u70ba\u672c\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u914d\u5408\u5176\u500b\u4eba\u5316\u548c\u91cf\u8eab\u5b9a\u5236\u7684\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u6fc0\u52f5\u6bcf\u4f4d\u6703\u54e1\u53ca\u5176\u5bb6\u5ead\u4e3b\u52d5\u638c\u63e1\u81ea\u8eab\u5065\u5eb7\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u8a08\u5283\u8457\u91cd\u65bc\u5bb6\u5ead\u55ae\u4f4d\u7684\u6574\u9ad4\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u4e26\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u6539\u5584\u793e\u7fa4\u7684\u5fc3\u7406\u798f\u7949\u3002Love 21 \u65e8\u5728\u70ba\u5bb6\u5ead\u63d0\u4f9b\u5065\u5eb7\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u77e5\u8b58\u548c\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u4e26\u7372\u5f97\u76e1\u5c55\u6240\u80fd\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u6a5f\u6703\u3002<\/div>\n<div class=\"projectName-zh\">\u71df\u990a\u8207\u904b\u52d5\u8ddf\u9032\u8a08\u5283<\/div>\n<div class=\"projectSummary-zh\">\u6b64\u8a08\u5283\u5c08\u70ba\u66fe\u53c3\u8207 Love 21 \u71df\u990a\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u63d0\u4f9b\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u8b93\u4ed6\u5011\u900f\u904e\u5b63\u5ea6\u4e00\u5c0d\u4e00\u8aee\u8a62\uff0c\u91cd\u65b0\u5be9\u8996\u548c\u4fee\u8a02\u5176\u98f2\u98df\u53ca\u5065\u5eb7\u76ee\u6a19\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u53c3\u8207\u8005\u4ea6\u5c07\u53c3\u52a0\u6bcf\u9031\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u9ad4\u80fd\u8a13\u7df4\u8ab2\u7a0b\uff0c\u4ee5\u57f9\u990a\u6046\u5e38\u904b\u52d5\u7684\u7fd2\u6163\u3002<\/div>\n<div class=\"beneficiaries-zh\">280 \u500b Love 21 \u6703\u54e1\u5bb6\u5ead\uff0c\u5176\u6838\u5fc3\u6210\u54e1\u70ba\u5510\u6c0f\u7d9c\u5408\u75c7\u3001\u81ea\u9589\u75c7\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u8166\u795e\u7d93\u767c\u5c55\u5dee\u7570\u4eba\u58eb\u3002<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Love 21 is a registered charity in Hong Kong that empowers the Down syndrome, autistic and neurodiverse community to reach their full potential through sports, nutrition, and holistic support programmes.
