Our mission is to educate, empower and connect women and girls to realize their aspirations through sports and lead active, meaningful and self-fulfilled lives. We use sports as a tool for gender empowerment to drive the equality agenda in all areas such as workplace, education, community, and advocate enhancing women and girls\u2019 leadership in and through sport, with the aim to achieve gender equality and a diverse and inclusive culture in Hong Kong.<\/div>\n<div class=\"projectName\">Yeah! Girls Stand Up!<\/div>\n<div class=\"projectSummary\">Harmful behaviors such as bullying, and symptoms of mental health distress have increased among youth. One reason for anti-social behaviors is lack of academic confidence and satisfaction, while the pandemic has reduced many youths\u2019 social interactions.<\/p>\n<p> Yeah! Girls Stand Up! combines sports with education on emotional regulation and anti- bullying. We aim to support girls to get active for wellbeing, develop positive mindsets and coping mechanisms for negative emotions and understand personal space and rights. Ultimately, we aim to enhance girls\u2019 self-esteem while fostering positive relationships.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"beneficiaries\">300 girls (30 girls from each of the 10 secondary schools, all of who are studying in Band 3 schools)<\/div>\n<p>  <a class=\"scmp\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scmp.com\/news\/hong-kong\/society\/article\/3199777\/operation-santa-claus-hong-kong-ngo-uses-sport-empower-women-and-break-down-stereotypes\">SCMP Article<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"year\">2022<\/div>\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"main-image\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Women-In-Sports-Empowered-Hong-Kong-Limited.png\" alt=\"main image\" \/><br \/>\n  <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"logo\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Women-In-Sports-Empowered-Hong-Kong-Logo.png\" alt=\"logo\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-zh\">\u777f\u52d5\u9999\u6e2f<\/div>\n<div class=\"organization-summary-zh\">\u777f\u52d5\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u9858\u666f\u662f\u70ba\u5973\u6027\u548c\u5973\u5b69\u5275\u7acb\u4e00\u500b\u80fd\u5920\u7121\u9650\u5236\u5730\u8301\u58ef\u6210\u9577\u7684\u4e16\u754c\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7684\u4f7f\u547d\u662f\u900f\u904e\u9ad4\u80b2\u6559\u80b2\u4ee5\u8ce6\u6b0a\u548c\u806f\u7e6b\u5973\u6027\u548c\u5973\u5b69\uff0c\u8b93\u5979\u5011\u5be6\u73fe\u62b1\u8ca0\u4e26\u904e\u4e0a\u7a4d\u6975\u3001\u6709\u610f\u7fa9\u548c\u81ea\u6211\u5be6\u73fe\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u3002\u6211\u5011\u4f7f\u7528\u9ad4\u80b2\u4f5c\u70ba\u6027\u5225\u8ce6\u6b0a\u7684\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u5834\u6240\u3001\u6559\u80b2\u3001\u793e\u5340\u7b49\u6240\u6709\u9818\u57df\u63a8\u52d5\u5e73\u7b49\u8b70\u7a0b\uff0c\u4e26\u5021\u5c0e\u63d0\u5347\u5973\u6027\u548c\u5973\u5b69\u5728\u9ad4\u80b2\u904b\u52d5\u4e2d\u7684\u9818\u5c0e\u529b\uff0c\u671f\u671b\u80fd\u5920\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u5be6\u73fe\u6027\u5225\u5e73\u7b49\u548c\u591a\u5143\u5171\u878d\u7684\u6587\u5316\u3002<\/div>\n<div class=\"projectName-zh\">Yeah! Girls Stand Up!<\/div>\n<div class=\"projectSummary-zh\">\u6b3a\u51cc\u7b49\u6709\u5bb3\u884c\u70ba\u548c\u7cbe\u795e\u5065\u5eb7\u56f0\u64fe\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u5728\u9752\u5e74\u4e2d\u6709\u6240\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u53cd\u793e\u6703\u884c\u70ba\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u539f\u56e0\u662f\u7f3a\u4e4f\u5b78\u8853\u4fe1\u5fc3\u548c\u6eff\u8db3\u611f\uff0c\u800c\u75ab\u60c5\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e86\u8a31\u591a\u9752\u5e74\u7684\u793e\u4ea4\u4e92\u52d5\u3002Yeah! Girls Stand Up! \u5c07\u9ad4\u80b2\u904b\u52d5\u8207\u60c5\u7dd2\u8abf\u7bc0\u548c\u53cd\u6b3a\u51cc\u6559\u80b2\u76f8\u7d50\u5408\u3002\u6211\u5011\u65e8\u5728\u652f\u6301\u5973\u5b69\u7a4d\u6975\u904b\u52d5\u4ee5\u4fc3\u9032\u798f\u7949\uff0c\u57f9\u990a\u7a4d\u6975\u5fc3\u614b\u548c\u61c9\u5c0d\u8ca0\u9762\u60c5\u7dd2\u7684\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u4e26\u7406\u89e3\u500b\u4eba\u7a7a\u9593\u548c\u6b0a\u5229\u3002\u6700\u7d42\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u65e8\u5728\u589e\u5f37\u5973\u5b69\u7684\u81ea\u5c0a\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u57f9\u990a\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002<\/div>\n<div class=\"beneficiaries-zh\">300\u540d\u5973\u5b78\u751f<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Women In Sports Empowered Hong Kong Limited (WISE) envisions a world where women and girls can thrive without limitations.
