Since then, we have continued to provide services to the poor and homeless, as well as residents of wood-partitioned. Hot meal services, material aid distribution, hot showers, recreational facilities, outreach services, spiritual care, and self-reliance projects are among the services provided.<\/p>\n<p>  We established Kid\u2019s Learning Club in 2014. It is a centre for nurturing underprivileged children, focusing on the development of life skills and realizing personal potential that will have an impact on Hong Kong in the long run. We organize homework guidance classes, Sunday activities, and day camps during holidays.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"projectName\">Regain Crystal Clear Vision<\/div>\n<div class=\"projectSummary\">The poor and homeless in Hong Kong could hardly afford regular eye check-ups and further treatment in the private sector, while the waiting time in public hospitals is excessively long.<\/p>\n<p> Without adequate care, their visual issues will worsen and compromise their safety and daily living. This project will provide 30 service users\u2019 eye examinations, and 7 service users can have eye surgery. We aim to provide free eye examinations and treatment to them so that they can restore clear eyesight and cope with daily living. Some will receive referrals to the public sector for more care and assistance.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"beneficiaries\">30 poor and homeless elderly who cannot afford regular eye check-ups and treatment, with priority given to those who have existing eye problems.<\/div>\n<p>  <a class=\"scmp\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scmp.com\/news\/hong-kong\/society\/article\/3200640\/hong-kong-charitys-vision-help-needy-and-elderly-eye-problems-reintegrate-society\">SCMP Article<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"year\">2022<\/div>\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"main-image\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Saint-Barnabas-Society-and-Home.png\" alt=\"main image\" \/><br \/>\n  <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"logo\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Saint-Barnabas-Society-and-Home-Logo.png\" alt=\"logo\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-zh\">\u8056\u5df4\u62ff\u5df4\u6703\u4e4b\u5bb6<\/div>\n<div class=\"organization-summary-zh\">\u8056\u5df4\u62ff\u5df4\u6703\u4e4b\u5bb6 \u65bc1987\u5e74\u6210\u7acb\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4e00\u76f4\u70ba\u8ca7\u7aae\u548c\u9732\u5bbf\u8005\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u677f\u9593\u623f\u5c45\u6c11\u63d0\u4f9b\u670d\u52d9\u3002\u670d\u52d9\u5305\u62ec\u71b1\u9910\u670d\u52d9\u3001\u7269\u8cc7\u63f4\u52a9\u5206\u767c\u3001\u71b1\u6c34\u6dcb\u6d74\u3001\u5eb7\u6a02\u8a2d\u65bd\u3001\u5916\u5c55\u670d\u52d9\u3001\u5fc3\u9748\u95dc\u61f7\u548c\u81ea\u529b\u66f4\u751f\u9805\u76ee\u3002\u6211\u5011\u65bc2014\u5e74\u8a2d\u7acb\u4e86 Kid\u2019s Learning Club\uff0c\u4ee5\u57f9\u80b2\u8ca7\u56f0\u5152\u7ae5\u5c08\u6ce8\u767c\u5c55\u751f\u6d3b\u6280\u80fd\u548c\u500b\u4eba\u6f5b\u80fd\uff0c\u70ba\u9999\u6e2f\u793e\u6703\u7522\u751f\u9577\u9060\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u6211\u5011\u5728\u5047\u671f\u671f\u9593\u958b\u8a2d\u529f\u8ab2\u8f14\u5c0e\u73ed\u3001\u5047\u65e5\u6d3b\u52d5\u548c\u65e5\u71df\u3002<\/div>\n<div class=\"projectName-zh\">Regain Crystal Clear Vision<\/div>\n<div class=\"projectSummary-zh\">\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u8ca7\u7aae\u548c\u9732\u5bbf\u8005\u96e3\u4ee5\u8ca0\u64d4\u5728\u79c1\u71df\u90e8\u9580\u9032\u884c\u5b9a\u671f\u773c\u79d1\u6aa2\u67e5\u548c\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u800c\u516c\u7acb\u91ab\u9662\u7684\u7b49\u5f85\u6642\u9593\u4ea6\u904e\u9577\u3002<br \/>\n\u5982\u679c\u7f3a\u4e4f\u8db3\u5920\u7684\u8b77\u7406\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u8996\u529b\u554f\u984c\u5c07\u60e1\u5316\uff0c\u5371\u53ca\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u548c\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u3002\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u5c07\u70ba 30\u540d \u670d\u52d9\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u773c\u775b\u6aa2\u67e5\uff0c\u4e26\u652f\u52a9\u70ba 7\u540d\u670d\u52d9\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u9032\u884c\u773c\u775b\u624b\u8853\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u662f\u70ba\u4ed6\u5011\u63d0\u4f9b\u514d\u8cbb\u7684\u773c\u775b\u6aa2\u67e5\u548c\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u8b93\u4ed6\u5011\u6062\u5fa9\u6e05\u6670\u8996\u529b\u4e26\u61c9\u5c0d\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u3002\u90e8\u5206\u4eba\u5c07\u88ab\u8f49\u4ecb\u81f3\u516c\u71df\u90e8\u9580\u4ee5\u7372\u5f97\u66f4\u591a\u8b77\u7406\u548c\u63f4\u52a9\u3002<\/div>\n<div class=\"beneficiaries-zh\">30\u540d\u8ca7\u56f0\u53ca\u7121\u5bb6\u7684\u9577\u8005\uff08\u7121\u529b\u8ca0\u64d4\u5b9a\u671f\u773c\u775b\u6aa2\u67e5\u53ca\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u5c07\u512a\u5148\u7167\u9867\u5df2\u60a3\u6709\u773c\u75be\u8005\uff09<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Saint Barnabas\u2019 Society and Home was founded in 1987.
