Their mission is to enrich, embrace and empower disadvantaged children and youth with equal opportunities to unlock their potential and become valuable and contributing members of our community, free from the poverty cycle.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"projectName\">Teens Mental Health Club Project <\/div>\n<div class=\"projectSummary\">The Project aims to establish a healthy community with better mental care and support amongst the less privileged. It applies the PERMA model (which stands for \u201cPositive emotions\u201d, \u201cEngagement\u201d, \u201cRelationships\u201d, \u201cMeaning\u201d, \u201cAchievement\u201d) to conduct 3 types of programs, namely Mindfulness (mindfulness program, activity and community education workshop), Psychosocial (individual assessment and counselling, support group, and overnight camps) and Information &#038; Communication Technology (create a Mental Health mobile app).<\/div>\n<div class=\"beneficiaries\">560 underprivileged students in Sham Shui Po<\/div>\n<p><a class=\"scmp\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scmp.com\/news\/hong-kong\/society\/article\/3241193\/hub-hong-kong-aims-tackle-rising-stress-anxiety-among-underprivileged-youngsters-wake-covid-pandemic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SCMP Article<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"year\">2023<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"main-image\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/The-Hub-Children-and-Youth-Centre.png\" alt=\"main image\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"logo\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/The-Hub-Children-and-Youth-Centre-Logo.png\" alt=\"logo\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-zh\">\u9999\u6e2f\u6a02\u7ae5\u884c\u5152\u7ae5\u53ca\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\u4e2d\u5fc3<\/div>\n<div class=\"organization-summary-zh\">\u9999\u6e2f\u6a02\u7ae5\u884c\u5152\u7ae5\u53ca\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8 \u65bc2012\u5e74\u6210\u7acb\uff0c\u5176\u5152\u7ae5\u53ca\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\u4e2d\u5fc3\u81ea2013\u5e74\u4ee5\u4f86\u4e00\u76f4\u670d\u52d9\u5f31\u52e2\u5152\u7ae5\u548c\u9752\u5e74\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u4f7f\u547d\u662f\u900f\u904e\u5e73\u7b49\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u8c50\u5bcc\u3001\u63a5\u7d0d\u548c\u8ce6\u4e88\u5f31\u52e2\u5152\u7ae5\u548c\u9752\u5e74\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u4ee5\u91cb\u653e\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u6f5b\u80fd\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u793e\u5340\u4e2d\u6709\u50f9\u503c\u548c\u8ca2\u737b\u7684\u6210\u54e1\uff0c\u64fa\u812b\u8ca7\u7aae\u5faa\u74b0\u3002<\/div>\n<div class=\"projectName-zh\">\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\u7cbe\u795e\u5065\u5eb7\u6703\u6240\u9805\u76ee<\/div>\n<div class=\"projectSummary-zh\">\u9805\u76ee\u65e8\u5728\u5728\u8f03\u8ca7\u56f0\u793e\u7fa4\u4e2d\u5efa\u7acb\u4e00\u500b\u5177\u6709\u66f4\u597d\u7cbe\u795e\u8b77\u7406\u548c\u652f\u6301\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u793e\u5340\u3002\u5b83\u61c9\u7528 PERMA \u6a21\u578b\uff08\u5373\u300c\u6b63\u5411\u60c5\u7dd2 \u300d\u3001\u300c\u6295\u5165 \u300d\u3001\u300c\u4eba\u969b\u95dc\u4fc2 \u300d\u3001\u300c\u610f\u7fa9 \u300d\u3001\u300c\u6210\u5c31 \u300d\uff09\u4f86\u958b\u5c55 3\u7a2e\u985e\u578b \u7684\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u5373\u975c\u89c0\uff08\u975c\u89c0\u8ab2\u7a0b\u3001\u6d3b\u52d5\u548c\u793e\u5340\u6559\u80b2\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\uff09\u3001\u5fc3\u7406\u793e\u4ea4\uff08\u500b\u4eba\u8a55\u4f30\u548c\u8f14\u5c0e\u3001\u652f\u63f4\u5c0f\u7d44\u548c\u904e\u591c\u71df\uff09\u548c\u8cc7\u8a0a\u53ca\u901a\u8a0a\u79d1\u6280\uff08\u5275\u5efa\u4e00\u500b\u7cbe\u795e\u5065\u5eb7\u624b\u6a5f\u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\uff09\u3002<\/div>\n<div class=\"beneficiaries-zh\">996\u540d\u6df1\u6c34\u57d7\u5340\u4f4e\u6536\u5165\u5bb6\u5ead\u768410\u81f316\u6b72\u9752\u5c11\u5e74<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Hub Children and Youth Centre Limited was established in 2012, their children and youth centre has been serving underprivileged children and youth since 2013.
