EM youth have long faced issues over limited educational attainment and language proficiency. In the hope of bolstering their confidence, teamwork and friendship, the non-profit organisation sees sports as an effective means.<\/div>\n<div class=\"projectName\">\/<\/div>\n<div class=\"projectSummary\">Sports Play Out! The Train-the-Trainer Gamified Sports Project for Ethnic Minorities Youth in Hong Kong &#8211; To Build, Empower and Actualize\u2019 presents EM youth in Secondary 4 or above with sports training and career opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Having established an extensive social network with schools, local communities and business partners, TREATS will collaborate to develop EM youth\u2019s communication skills, teamwork and confidence through gamified sports. EM youth are invited to service and interact with the local community by taking the role of facilitators in sports classes led by outstanding Hong Kong sports professionals. Meanwhile, the public are encouraged to recognise their achievements. It is also part of the plan to introduce internships and work shadowing sessions to create boundless career opportunities and increase social mobility for EM youth.<\/p>\n<p>No. of Beneficiaries: 8,920 Ethnic Minority Youth and Public<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"beneficiaries\">8920 ethnic minority Youths<\/div>\n<p>  <a class=\"scmp\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scmp.com\/news\/hong-kong\/society\/article\/3111139\/strangers-their-own-city-charity-fights-hong-kongs-ethnic\">SCMP Article<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"year\">2020<\/div>\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"main-image\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Treats.png\" alt=\"main image\" \/><br \/>\n  <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"logo\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Treats-Logo.png\" alt=\"logo\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-zh\">\u89aa\u5207<\/div>\n<div class=\"organization-summary-zh\">\u89aa\u5207 (TREATS) \u662f\u4e00\u500b\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u5c11\u6578\u65cf\u88d4 (EM) \u9752\u5e74\u7684\u8a3b\u518a\u6148\u5584\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u5920\u5efa\u8a2d\u4e00\u500b\u8b93\u6240\u6709\u5152\u7ae5\u90fd\u80fd\u5171\u878d\u7684\u793e\u6703\u3002EM \u9752\u5e74\u9577\u671f\u9762\u81e8\u6559\u80b2\u6210\u5c31\u6709\u9650\u548c\u8a9e\u8a00\u80fd\u529b\u4e0d\u8db3\u7b49\u554f\u984c\u3002\u9019\u500b\u975e\u725f\u5229\u7d44\u7e54\u5c07\u9ad4\u80b2\u904b\u52d5\u8996\u70ba\u80fd\u5920\u6709\u6548\u589e\u5f37\u9752\u5e74\u7684\u81ea\u4fe1\u3001\u5718\u968a\u5408\u4f5c\u548c\u53cb\u8abc\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/div>\n<div class=\"projectName-zh\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"projectSummary-zh\">\u300c\u904b\u52d5\u5916\u5c55\uff01\u9999\u6e2f\u5c11\u6578\u65cf\u88d4\u9752\u5e74\u300c\u6559\u7df4\u57f9\u8a13\u300d\u904a\u6232\u5316\u9ad4\u80b2\u9805\u76ee &#8211; \u5efa\u7acb\u3001\u8ce6\u6b0a\u548c\u5be6\u73fe\u300d\u70ba\u4e2d\u56db\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684 EM \u9752\u5e74\u63d0\u4f9b\u9ad4\u80b2\u8a13\u7df4\u548c\u8077\u696d\u6a5f\u6703\u3002\u89aa\u5207 (TREATS) \u900f\u904e\u8207\u5b78\u6821\u3001\u672c\u5730\u793e\u5340\u548c\u5546\u696d\u5925\u4f34\u5efa\u7acb\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u793e\u4ea4\u7db2\u7d61\uff0c\u5c07\u5408\u4f5c\u900f\u904e\u904a\u6232\u5316\u9ad4\u80b2\u904b\u52d5\u767c\u5c55 EM \u9752\u5e74\u7684\u6e9d\u901a\u6280\u5de7\u3001\u5718\u968a\u5408\u4f5c\u548c\u81ea\u4fe1\u3002EM \u9752\u5e74\u88ab\u9080\u8acb\u4ee5\u4fc3\u5c0e\u8005\u7684\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u670d\u52d9\u548c\u8207\u672c\u5730\u793e\u5340\u4e92\u52d5\uff0c\u5728\u5091\u51fa\u9999\u6e2f\u9ad4\u80b2\u5c08\u696d\u4eba\u58eb\u9818\u5c0e\u7684\u9ad4\u80b2\u8ab2\u7a0b\u4e2d\u64d4\u4efb\u8077\u8cac\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u516c\u773e\u8a8d\u53ef\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u6210\u5c31\u3002\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u9084\u5305\u62ec\u5f15\u5165\u5be6\u7fd2\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u5f71\u5b50\u74b0\u7bc0\uff0c\u70ba EM \u9752\u5e74\u5275\u9020\u7121\u9650\u7684\u8077\u696d\u6a5f\u6703\u4e26\u589e\u52a0\u793e\u6703\u6d41\u52d5\u6027\u3002<\/div>\n<div class=\"beneficiaries-zh\">8,920\u540d\u5c11\u6578\u65cf\u88d4\u9752\u5e74<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Envisioning an inclusive society for all children, TREATS is a registered charity dedicated to ethnic minority youth (EM youth).
