Since the launch of our comprehensive nutrition programme in 2021, we\u2019ve provided one-on-one nutritional support on top of the sports classes that we\u2019ve offered. We\u2019ve also recently expanded into providing counselling support for the parents of our community.<\/div>\n<div class=\"projectName\">Follow-up Nutrition and Sport Programme<\/div>\n<div class=\"projectSummary\">Provides dietary consultations and sports classes for families with members who have Down syndrome or autism.<\/div>\n<div class=\"beneficiaries\">280 families who are Love 21 members with Down syndrome, autism, or other neurodiverse conditions. Most of our members are aged from 15-30, though we have members as young as 6, and as old as 50. <\/div>\n<div class=\"year\">2025<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"main-image\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Love-21-Foundation-2.png\" alt=\"main image\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"logo\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Love-21-Foundation.png\" alt=\"logo\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-zh\">Love 21 Foundation<\/div>\n<div class=\"organization-summary-zh\">Love 21\u65e8\u5728\u901a\u904e\u904b\u52d5\uff0c\u71df\u990a\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u5168\u9762\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u4ee4\u5510\u6c0f\u7d9c\u5408\u75c7\u548c\u81ea\u9589\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u5f97\u5230\u5145\u5206\u767c\u63ee\u5176\u6f5b\u529b\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u3002Love 21\u662f\u5728\u6e2f\u7684\u4e00\u9593\u6148\u5584\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u5920\u901a\u904e\u6d3b\u52d5\u80fd\u5920\u6539\u5584\u5176\u6703\u54e1\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u3002<\/div>\n<div class=\"projectName-zh\">\u98f2\u98df\u8aee\u8a62\u53ca\u9ad4\u80b2\u8a08\u5283<\/div>\n<div class=\"projectSummary-zh\">\u70ba\u5510\u6c0f\u7d9c\u5408\u75c7\u6216\u81ea\u9589\u75c7\u6210\u54e1\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u63d0\u4f9b\u98f2\u98df\u8aee\u8a62\u53ca\u9ad4\u80b2\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002<\/div>\n<div class=\"beneficiaries-zh\">280\u500b \u611b\u4e0d\u540c 21 (Love 21) \u6703\u54e1\u5bb6\u5ead\uff0c\u5176\u6210\u54e1\u60a3\u6709\u5510\u6c0f\u7d9c\u5408\u75c7\u3001\u81ea\u9589\u75c7\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u795e\u7d93\u591a\u6a23\u6027\u72c0\u6cc1\u3002\u5927\u591a\u6578\u6210\u54e1\u5e74\u9f61\u4ecb\u4e4e15\u81f330\u6b72\uff0c\u4f46\u4ea6\u6709\u5c0f\u81f36\u6b72\u3001\u5927\u81f350\u6b72\u7684\u6210\u54e1\u3002<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Love 21 is a charity empowering the Down syndrome and autistic community in Hong Kong through sport, nutrition, and holistic support programmes.
