Operation Santa Claus transcends traditional giving by bridging the gap between corporate resources and community spirit. Through interactive charitable experiences, our partners trade suits for sneakers to turn collective energy into social impact. By moving beyond simple donations, we create a platform where employees become passionate advocates and fitness becomes a force for good. Together, we are capturing the giving spirit of Hong Kong.
OSC’s 2026 framework anchored in the HKU Jockey Club Enterprise Sustainability Global Institute NGO Report Series (No. 1 & 3). As a ‘trusted intermediary,’ we bridge the data-narrative divide for grassroots NGOs, transforming fragmented competition into a ‘Collaborative Philanthropy’ ecosystem.
Operational burnout leads to a profound “narrative deficit.”
Facing constraints in engaging with diverse local community needs.
Leveraging our media platform to amplify local community stories.
Navigating intensifying competition for a shrinking pool of grants.
Requiring rigorous Return on Investment (ROI) as a prerequisite for social investment.
Bridging expectations through uncompromising transparency standards.
Overcoming barriers to sustainable growth and long-term stability.
Lacking specialised infrastructure for rigorous local community vetting.
Providing institutional-grade vetting to deliver collective community impact.
A trusted platform bridging corporate resources and charities to drive mutual growth and transform Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) goals into measurable social impact.
We orchestrate citywide public collaborations that allow citizens to witness our mission. We redefine seasonal celebrations, turning festive moments into opportunities for meaningful connection.
We catalyse intercompany fundraising by providing due diligence process and a collaborative platform. We translate diverse corporate visions into meaningful collective actions for local charities.
We replace abstract social issues with human stories, where staff members and citizens can meet, learn and grow together.
We believe that OSC can be the breeding ground of the next generation of philanthropic advocates. The next generation interns and volunteers are adding fresh ideas and energy to the scene.
2025 funding allocation
We provide a vital safety net for families facing medical crises. Your support helps to ease their financial stress, empowering them to get back on their feet and into the workforce.
We are making essential mental health and financial literacy programmes available to young people, adults and ethnic minorities. This empowers them to face life’s challenges with greater resilience and confidence.
We are building a stronger social fabric through green and nature programmes that connect senior citizens with children who have special needs.
More than a fundraising effort, we build connections that offer a beacon of hope. We redefine traditional giving by turning isolated donations into a citywide collaborative community dedicated to social impact.
Operation Santa Claus embodies the Hong Kong spirit by taking immediate actions to help.
Partnering with four local charities, we provide everything from emergency supplies to long term redevelopment aid. By pooling resources, we ensure that the affected families receive direct help and support. When challenges arise, we endure and drive recovery efforts together.
The OSC presence reaches every corner of Hong Kong.
Our year-round roadmap ensures that we are not just funding from afar, but actively engaging the community on the ground through corporate partnerships, funding impact projects and community volunteering events that span all 18 districts.
Since September 2025, eight City University English majors have energised OSC’s mission through their capstone projects.
