J Life Foundation is an NGO which dedicates itself to helping the underprivileged families living in Sham Shui Po by providing various kinds of services such as Food & Good distribution, education and empowerment programmes. We are running 4 centres and 1 social enterprise, supporting more than 1100 families (in which 480 families are our active members) and 200 elderlies. Our vision is to mitigate the cycle of child poverty and to reduce cross-generational poverty in low income families in Hong Kong by meeting their pressing needs and promoting self-efficacy.
