How does the fundraising process work?

  2. We review your fundraiser: Our team will review your submission and prepare your personalised fundraising page.
  3. Go live & share: Once approved, you’ll receive a custom URL to share your page and start collecting donations.
Are donations tax-deductible?
Yes, all donations made through our platform are tax-deductible. Donors will receive an E-official receipt for their contribution.
Can I create a fundraiser for a specific cause?
Yes, you can align your fundraiser with a specific cause you’re passionate about. When you submit your details, you can describe your initiative and how it relates to the cause you want to support.
Is there a cost to create a fundraiser?

No, creating a personalised fundraiser is completely free.

What information do I need to provide to start a fundraiser?

You will need to provide your basic contact information, details about your fundraiser (name, goal, description), and the fundraising period. You can also add your team names, a logo, and up to two images to personalise your page.

What is the “Description” field for on the form?

The description is where you can tell the story of your fundraiser. We recommend including key details like who is involved, what will happen, where it takes place, and who your audience is. This is your chance to inspire people to donate!

Can I create teams for my fundraiser?

Yes, you have the option to add up to 15 team names. Donors will then be able to select which team they want to support when they make a donation.

How will donors make a payment?

Donors can make secure payments directly on your personalised fundraising page. We accept various payment methods, which are detailed on the donation form.

Do donors receive a receipt?
Yes, donors will receive a confirmation email and an official receipt for their donation immediately after their payment is processed.
Can my school or club organize a dedicated fundraising event for OSC?
Absolutely! We love community-led events. Please contact us to discuss your idea. We can provide support with event toolkits, guidance on permits, and promotional backup to make your event a success.
Can I track my progress?

Your personalised fundraising page will show the amount raised, so you and your donors can see how close you are to reaching your goal.

How will I be notified when my page is ready?
After you submit your details, our team will review your page for publication. We will notify you via email as soon as it’s live!
