In the spirit of humanitarianism and volunteerism, the Hong Kong Red Cross is a charitable organisation which launches diverse community service programmes for the betterment of society.

Project Summary

Red Cross Little Buddies’ is a programme to build Hong Kong youngster’s leadership skills, health awareness and discipline. Primary 1-2 students will be able to hone a range of essential skills for personal development and growth from engaging in various social activities and service opportunities.

The free-of-charge programme aims at offering students from low-income families an equal opportunity to learn and develop. The aim is that students can acquire their own skill sets and become talented leaders in society in the future.

Beneficiaries

145 Primary 1- 2 pupils currently being supported by Comprehensive Social Security Assistance, the Student Financial Assistance Scheme, or the principal's recommendation
