Inspiring HK Sports Foundation’s vision is “Better youth, through sports”. It’s mission is to promote equal learning opportunities, gender equality, social inclusion and healthy lifestyle.

Project Summary: This project aims to provide organised sports programmes for the ADHD youth and address their caretakers’ needs. Through co-learning of group and individual sports with various intensity, beneficiaries can explore a broad range of sports, enjoy bonding time, and get behavioural and emotional changes.
Beneficiaries: 80 caretakers
