Since 2015, Integrated Brilliant Education(IBEL) has been committed to educating and empowering students from underprivileged Non-Chinese Speaking communities, by providing Chinese language and high-quality educational support to assist their ongoing education, as well as encouraging all-round social skills development through various interactive, cultural and physical outings and events.

Project Name: IBELieve Kindergarten
Project Summary: IBEL’s daily frontline support services empower Hong Kong underserved and educationally marginalised children, by providing them with an inclusive and equal learning opportunities based environment at Kindergarten age and alongside Chinese children. It offers a platform to nurture their social integration and upward mobility. IBEL sets up a free Chinese Medium-of-Instruction Kindergarten in Yau Tsim Mong district with a total capacity of 180 children.
Beneficiaries: 183 kindergarten children
