J Life Foundation Limited is a charitable organisation with three main objectives: Feed the poor, Educate the next generations, and encourage recipients to help others to help themselves. Since its foundation, the charity has served over 1,000 poverty-stricken families by sending them surplus food from chain stores every day and opening up education opportunities to people of all ages. As a token of thanks, members are motivated to give back, sharing with others life-transforming experiences as benefited individuals and leading a happier and more meaningful life.

Project Summary

Funded by OSC, ‘J Life @ Fighting COVID-19’ will offer day-to-day household support and subsidies, including delivery of food packs and 3-month electricity bill subsidies, to 200 4-people low-income families residing in subdivided units in town. Also, a disadvantaged community member will be hired by the foundation as a staff member of the Community Resource Platform to monitor the food wholesale prices among stores and organise the bulk purchase.
