Parks and Trails first started as the Trailwatch App in 2014 providing information, tracking and incident reporting functions for hikers with over 200,000 registered users to date. The Waste Audit programme collects trail rubbish and data by way of the TrailWatch APP. The Accessible Trails programme provides information on country parks routes and facilities suitable for wheel-chair users, and training for carers.

Project Name: Enhancing Wellness of the Disabled and Elderly communities through Nature and Technology
Project Summary: Through information, technology and training, enabling disabled and elderly communities to better experience the benefits of nature and enhancing their well-being, and play a meaningful role in nature conservation as ambassadors.
Beneficiaries: 50 Wheel-chair users
