As the only NGO in Hong Kong that exclusively addresses the critical unmet needs of vulnerable ethnic minority children, PathFinders offers them with high-touch healthcare, education, humanitarian and legal services. They are determined to bridge the gap in Hong Kong’s social welfare safety net for ethnic minority children, especially those born to migrant women.

Project Summary: A Child’s Journey with PathFinders envisions that every child born to a migrant woman should be able to enjoy a sense of wellbeing both physically and mentally. In light of this, PathFinders spares no efforts in creating an inclusive and sustainable world and future for all by investing in one’s earliest years, realising the rights of every child to survive and thrive.

Operation Santa Claus (OSC), a homegrown flagship annual fundraising drive jointly established by SCMP and RTHK in 1988, has grown from modest beginnings to become one of Hong Kong’s most recognised charity initiatives. It connects thousands of partners, fostering philanthropy, with its legacy continued by SCMP Charities Limited, a tax exempted charitable institute under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (File No.: 91/7320).
