TREATS was established in 1979 with the vision of creating an inclusive society for all children. It is a registered charity and non-governmental organization in Hong Kong. Through TREATS’ social inclusion programs, children and youth of all abilities and backgrounds come together to appreciate diversity and unleash their potential.

Project Name: EM-SPARK: Empowering Inclusion through Youth Capability Building, Job Opportunities, and Growth
Project Summary: Empowers ethnic minority young people through skill-building and community engagement for social inclusion.
Beneficiaries: 270 Ethnic Minority Youth, studying Secondary 3 to 6, some with special educational needs.
