YAMA Foundation was established in 2016, with the mission to provide equitable access to yoga, arts and meditation services to Hong Kong’s most vulnerable communities, so that they can develop the self-acceptance and self-reliance to improve their quality of life, and positively contribute to the world.

Yoga & Expressive Arts Therapy for Disadvantaged Communities
Project Summary
The project provides physically and financially accessible care for people with special needs and in poverty through Yoga and Expressive Arts Therapy. Partnering with 10 NGO partners, the project targets to improve student’s body awareness and wellbeing via 1:1 Adaptive Yoga Therapy Scholarship for children, as well as Group Expressive Arts Therapy.
